I am currently credentialed with Premera, Regence, United Healthcare, Aetna, Kaiser, First Choice.


Intake assessments are $210. The rate per 50–55-minute session is $185.  Phone calls less than 10 minutes are complimentary.  Phone calls in excess of 10 minutes will be billed at the hourly rate.


Paperwork, report writing, and any coordination of care with other professionals (upon your written consent,) are billed at the hourly rate.


Most people have a credit card on file that I submit co-payments or co-insurance amounts on the day of the session processed securely via my private patient portal.


Please provide 24 hours' notice of cancellation.  The first cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or missed visit is $75.  The second or subsequent late cancellations are charged at the full rate.   It is understandable that unexpected and unplanned events occur, although without sufficient notice, that time is not covered by insurance, and the time can often be filled by someone wanting to be seen sooner than their scheduled time.


I do not currently work with children or adolescents under the age of 15.  I am often effective in helping youth who struggle with anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties.   Please talk with me about your therapeutic needs.  If I am not able to accommodate them, I am happy to provide you with referrals. 


1. Reach out by email or phone, and I will get back to you so that we may discuss your needs.  We will then schedule an initial assessment.  

2.  I will send you a link to a secure client portal where you will be able to review and sign my policies, complete a couple short questionnaires, and enter your payment information.   Please complete all of these forms and enter your information prior to your appointment. 

3.  If you are using your health insurance, please call them to verify your benefits and ask them: If mental health outpatient counseling is subject to the deductible, and the copay or coinsurance amount?

4.  During the first session, I will get to know you and inquire about your desires and goals for our work together and answer any questions you may have for me.
